BREAKFAST...
I love my veggie scrambles for breakfast...it's so easy just sautee what ever veggies you have in the fridge and add eggs...
USING UP LEFTOVERS...
You probably remember the green beans and mushrooms from the other day...I just cut up a little chicken breast (also pre prepped)... heated it up together and it tasted great!...
then I used those pre cut veggies from the other day to throw together a salad for later...
added some chicken to this as well...
And finally I made up some more juice!
