The key is to enjoy it...Life is meant to be fun and exercise and healthy eating can be just that. It's not about torturing and depriving yourself, it's just about making smart choices. I have learned to love experimenting with the best ways to eat healthy in a way that works practically into my life and doesn't leave me feeling deprived.
