BREAKFAST...(peanut butter toast w/ banana, strawberries and blueberries)



















This one is an absolute favorite around here! If you haven't tried it yet you'll be surprised at how amazing this tastes.  A very common breakfast for me because it is so simple and so delicious, not the lowest calorie meal but not so bad either.  Make sure to use whole grain, high fiber bread (I usually go with Ezekiel) and natural peanut butter (the only ingredient should be peanuts, Laura Scudder's is my favorite). 

For The Day...
This day was more strict than some have been in the past, a good calorie burning day.  I'm prepping for a photo shoot, so making an effort to be extra good for the next couple of days...

First snack - 1/2 grapefruit and 2 egg whites
Lunch - 1/2 Tuna on crackers w/ a little avocado
Second snack - another egg white and cucumber
Dinner - the remainder of tuna, avocado and crackers
