BREAKFAST...(Toast with Rhubarb compote an egg and a little Brie)
This was something new I tried out today for the first time I thought it all tasted pretty good together.

FOR THE DAY...
I threw together a quick salad for Lindsey to take for lunch...she also took some extra sliced veggies, almonds and an orange.
Quick trip to Ralphs for some new ingredients to work with...
Prepped a bunch of salmon...
And some broccoli, and stuck some rice in the rice cooker...
