yup...breakfast burrito again...what can I say it's sooo yummy!
Juice and veggie prep.
A little salad with left over chicken and yam, raw almonds and cranberry mixture again and a banana...

  1. What a great burrito! I love that you are encouraging people to nourish their bodies with actual food -- not do the "LA" thing and starve which isn't attractive at all. :) Keep it up.

  2. Thanks for the support :)... I do definitely believe it is important to actually eat and enjoy the amazing foods we are so fortunate to have available to us, there are so many great ways to do it healthily. I do like to throw in some juice cleansing every now and then, but carefully and no starving...It's all about feeling good :). I enjoyed your blog as well, very fun and looks yummy...Love the the Doggie cameos :)
